  Great place to stay, secure, clean, affordable, comfortable apartment and friendly staff, with a location second to none, 10 mins walk from city centre and main u-bahn station, plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in locality, particularly if you like asian food and a supermarket across the street. Would recommend staying here to everyone, a view... what people say » shared by other guests we spoke with. - really excellent location, in one of the many dynamic areas of the city. very clean apartment, small but adequate, and great value considering the price. shower worked well. for food shopping, just opposite is penny markt but much better is kaisers right by the nollendorf u-bahn. the schoneberg area is full of restaurants and interesting shops. can't recommend it highly enough.

  The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. Plus the fact that the hotel is 5 minutes from a major u-bahn station, 10 min. away from the Berlinale center, in a lively but safe neighborhood. - ... what people say » The hotel is very nice, located in the old building - keeps its atmosphere. Hotel's owners - Simone and her husband are so friendly, will solve any your problem and guide you what to see in Berlin. Breakfast is nice and so Germany-stylish. Very tasty bread!   The location was very close to the U-bahn station and supermarkets for getting food for the apartment. The area is very quiet at night and we saw no trouble.I would highly recommend staying with City Rentals for value for money.   we whole family liked a lot. only minus was traffic sounds, but it's not hotels fault and berlin is berlin. it's was very easy to go berlin centrum by bus. - The staff at reception was very good.I got better room than what i had booked.I really enjoyed my stay here.Very good location.Value for money.

  The apartment was spacious and clean. We arrived early (before check-in time) but we were still allowed to leave our bags in the apartment. It was convenient to the city centre, right beside the underground station. I would definitely recommend this apartment. - very friendly welcome, great location, very spacious and clean
