Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb. Location is on the bank of Elbe river, on the foot of the mountain that is so easy to climb up to Bastei in the early morning.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has plenty of space and the bed is sleeping-friendly. What I didn't expect but very appreciate is breakfast, there were plenty of choices and their taste were good.
