Comfortable beds, on our request down comforters and pillows that we were allergic to were changed for synthetic hypoalergenic ones. Wonderful, comfortable and beautiful bathroom. Free fast internet.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful (I rushed in from the car after a long drive and needed to use the WC before even checking in and they were very helpful!). The room was beautiful, modern, big and airy. What a great hotel. This hotel is superb in every way. The hotel lobby is big bright and modern and sets the tone for ones stay . The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.

A characterful beautifully renovated hotel on a quiet cobbled street in the Baroque Quarter of Dresden. Just 10 minutes walk over the Elbe to the historic city centre. The breakfast is a fine dining experience with table linen, porcelain and attentive service.
Not a place for glitzy bars and full facilities, although these are available at the sister Bülow Palais a short walk away.
