Personnel friendliness and real customer service. Eventhough did not use
Minibar but beverages and snacks were free of charge. This is very
important either if you arrive late in evening and want to have some
refreshments. Or just want to work with small snack and beverages at
your disposal with ripping off prices at most hotels.

I liked there everything - the location, studio itself, the landlady. It's central, calm street, it's independant, very clean, good wifi access, very nice landlady (living just next door, so one can come and ring), fruits and tea/coffee offered.

I also spent a night in a 4 star hotel for a wedding in Düsseldorf and I can honestly say that I prefer Airport apartment to that 4 star hotel. -
