Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T

Everyone spoke English and they were all so polite. The room was very nice and well appointed. Comfortable and clean. We were only there for one night to make our early morning flight back to Canada and the walk to the terminal with all our luggage was effortless. Not far at all. We had room service for dinner and the food was prompt and excellent. Also love the 2pm check in and 12 Noon check out (with ability to extend). Love this hotel and will stay again.

If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.

Location location location! Great location with train and plane access. Very modern design, rooms well appointed, comfy beds, clean, friendly, and good food. We overnighted in order to catch a flight, but spent the day in the city after checking in. Can't believe how quiet it is, we watched jumbo jets approaching for landing right outside the windows and couldn't hear them! If we hadn't seen them we would not have known they were there. Amazing.

I have stayed here before and loved how close it was to the airport and the staff have always been very warm to welcome you to the hotel and assist with anything you may need. We booked two standard rooms to accommodate us and our two teenagers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Location was ideal to Frankfurt-Main airport and we LOVED the terrace outside our room. We enjoyed elegant riesling from the bar and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
