This hotel is very modern, beautiful designed and glamorous. The staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We would like particularly to accentuate the kindness and warm welcome of the receptionist Mirjana, who was always of great help. The restaurant in the hotel is perfect, with a great choice of food and wine, especially would like to mention the expertise and kindness of the waiter Denis, who welcomed us kindly every time, and helped in the selection of food and wine. all reviews » Amazing greeting when we checked in, was offered a drink, our bags where taken to our room, staff extremely friendly. Decor was stunning, great restuarant and bar, it has a gym and spa room but didn't explore that. The hotel has everything with such an amazing vibe it's very easy to not leave the hotel. Almost the whole package, but I especially liked the odd but thoughtful touch of a double-sized desk bench wide enough for two laptop users to work at the desk at the same time. The restaurant was wonderful-- while- glove service, creative cuisine, and restful leisurely atmosphere. Everything -- the room, the comfortable bed, the interestingly designed bathroom, the Sunday brunch, the outside bar/restaurant area, the friendly staff, the decor, the spa . . . everything was very nice!. I like the design of this hotel, very trendy and cool. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk from central station. The hotel facitilies are new and super clean. Superb service, friendly staff, flawless design, super comfortable, good food and good location. At this price range, its the best hotel i`ve visited. Nothing negative to say other than clear glass on some of the toilet door, reduces your privacy a little if you traveling with a companion. 1. Being assessed immediately upon check-in for €100, for a room that was prepaid. 2. Dark hallways and atmospheric room lighting provides challenges for the "mature" traveler. Breakfast is a bit too expensive (Eur 29), and food in restaurant is also expensive. The gym is really too small for hotel like this. you need to have a car in this locaiton. The majority color is Black. Too expansive !!!. the internet so weak there is no a business centre. Staff at reception, really incompetent. Never called back when they said they would, happened twice the same day with two different employees. The staff was very stiff and no fun! Sometimes very impolite and rude! The bar in the hotel is way to expensive!. Dark hallways, dark rooms with low lighting, they don't have twin beds, rooms are too small for extra bed, staff didn't help to solve the issue we had (two guys on business trip and a queen bed), mattress quality makes you sweat a lot. Parking is bad on saturdays. Not recommended. Rude staff Too dark. check in time is trouble you have to wait untill the check time even if there is available rooms.
