Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The place was extremely clean and was decorated very elegantly! Food was very good and the dining area was very nice!.

Due to the distance of the hotel from the city centre, a regular shuttle service from the hotel will be appreciated. The staff were taking their customers a bit TOO seriously: The live entertainment in the bar was stopped because of the complaint of ONE customer although the rest of us enjoyed the music. The same happened during breakfast when a 70+ customer complained and the music was turned off - creating an eerie silence during breakfast.as it is mentioned on the site that the parking is free on the sight, however, when I was checking out they charged me for the parking 27 Euro. The bedding could be softer; it was overly starched.the TV; out of 40 channels 25 speaks German, the rest is mainly news channels, and only a limited mix of french, Italian, Arabic and English. It was very unpleasant. only 2 tread mills and 1 was broken so I did not get my run in. Too cold to go outside but there are fantastic running paths along both sides of the river. Complimentary wi-fi in all zones of the hotel. Better equiped gym. Gym facilities.

- Follow the A5 motorway towards Frankfurt/Flughafen (airport)
- Exit the A5 motorway, and join the A3 motorway, heading for Frankfurt Süd
- Take the Frankfurt Süd exit and follow the B44/B43 road towards Stadtzentrum (city centre). The street becomes Kennedyallee.
- Drive to the Kennedyallee/Stresemannallee junction and you will see Villa Kennedy on the right hand side.

By car from the west (Cologne, Düsseldorf)

- Follow the A3 motorway until Kreuz Wiesbaden and take the A66 motorway towards Frankfurt.
- Follow the A66 motorway until Eschborn and take the A648 motorway towards Stadtzentrum (city centre) as far as the Frankfurt West junction.
- Head for Frankfurt/Flughafen and proceed as above

By public transport from Frankfurt's main train station/Hauptbahnhof:

- Leave the train station by the main entrance and you will see the tram station in front of you.
- Take tram 21 towards Schwanheim/Rheinlandstraße and get out at the 2nd stop (Stresemannallee/Gartenstraße).
- Walk down the street and you will see Villa Kennedy on the right hand side.

By local transportation from Frankfurt International Airport (FRA):

- Take the S-Bahn train as far as Hauptbahnhof (main railway station).
