  The hotel liked the fact that it is in the center, but in a very quiet place. Like the design of interior. Friendly staff. Cleanliness. - The hotel is in a really quite small street in the city centre. The room are big and the stuff really friendly.

  you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. Bed is ok, sheets too. Pillows are very thin.... Towels are slightly old... and small. You need to pay for cleaning the room (2... what people say » 3 euros) and 6 euros for new towels. although room is at the street side, no noise was heared! windows are soundproofing! Great shower. The kitchen is - Excellent facilities in the room. All amenities we could have possibly needed were provided, all free of charge; -- Kitchen: kettle, coffee-maker (and filters), oven, electric-hob, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, cleaning supplies. -- Bathroom: towels, hairdryer, shampoo, sanitary bags, tissues, shaving mirror.   It's great to go on holiday and have your own apartment. It was really comfortable. We had a huge sofa and a plasma screen. It is really close to the city centre and the shopping streets. It has several restaurants nearby (one is at the ground floor of the hotel) and a pub next door. People at the reception desk are really nice and helpful, though... what people say » sometimes they don't really know what you're asking for because they're not much into excursions, train timetables, etc. However, they helped us as m - It was an excellent location just off the main shopping street in Munich. We were two underground stops from the main railway station and in walking distance of many of the attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms were large, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We slept three people comfortably. Self laundry facilities were available. The reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful.

  We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.

  clean rooms,friendly staff, near city center,quiet place, - Staff were excellent and willing to assist. Room was an apartment and excellent size for family of four. Not far from main rail station and then walk onto attractions or train trip to Fussen. Minor issues only, but an excellent place to stay.
