The Front Desk Staff were wounderful, with a positive attitude, and went the extra mile. All info about cultural sites, flights, taxis, and logistics is available instantly. The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

- Very clean, very nicely decorated. No unpleasant odors, like so many
other hotels have.
- Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German.
- Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently.
- Very close to the U-bahn.
- As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.
