  We really enjoyed the location in Schwabing a safe and upscale neighborhood just north of downtown Munich. By U-Bahn you're only 6-8 minutes away from all the sights to see. Not only that, you can always enjoy the shopping and nightlife offered along Leopolds Strasse right in Schwabing. You feel like you have a lot of room to stretch out and its in a quiet and quaint part of town too. Also the staf - I recommend this hotel strongly. Having traveled extensively for work and pleasure, I can confidently say that Hotel Biederstein, though simple, is a wonderful place. Great staff who made us feel very welcome. All of the staff made sure that we were most comfortable, helped us with our logistical questions, and ensured that we had the best possible experience. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. They even upgraded us to a suite, simple as it is, with great views and outside space.

  Right next to the metro so super easy to get about the city. Beds were comfortable and room was perfectly clean. Nice touch with the chocolate and juice on arrival - Very friendly, helpful staff; maps & other info available; very convenient location (next to market, shops & U-bahn); quality breakfast, with large choice.
