Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T

very accommodating; nicest hotel room for the money among our hotel stays across southern germany cities; avoided the less desirable sections near the main train stations, but still could walk there and even to the old town along the river; my husband loved that they gave free coffee in the morning without having to buy the somewhat expensive break

The roomw as definitely big enough for my wife, self and teenage son. Would have been nice to have a double bed for my wife and i, but it wasn't horrible either. I thoguht itw as a good location actually and comfortable. Quite area save for one or two people in park below, but don't blame the hotel for that. - Staff were excellent ,nothing was too

the hotel is the best i have stayed at, near station, v friendly staff and fantastic room. complete value for money. - easy access to central frankfurt, and handy to bus terminus to frankfurt hahn if flying with ryanair, also good food, with plenty of choice,rooms were of a high standard,as was the service by staff.

taken to our room, staff extremely friendly. Decor was stunning, great
