  The staff and the service were very fine. I saw the gentleman behind the front desk offer to help another guest locate a place to buy some rare auto parts! Very helpful, cordial, friendly, and warm. The location of this spot is pretty much perfect if you want to be in Mitte or up near Prenzlauerberg, it is a perfect spot if you want to wander into... what people say » bookshops, boutiques, the local parks, or get on the metro and explore other neighborhoods. Such a great alternative to the big corporate business ho - Excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the S Bahn station, with a lift from the street directly down to the platform. Plenty of restaurants just around the corner from the hotel, Particularly liked Tucholsky, Torstrasse 189. Be aware that they do not take credit cards.

The staff are very helpful and very personable. When we checked in I told the reception gentleman that I needed a beer after a long drive and in less than 30 seconds I had a cold beer in my hand! I don't like a big breakfast meal, but Hotel I31 has an option for coffee and rolls for Euro 5 which is perfect for my wife and me. However, if you are interested in a big breakfast theirs did look exceptional with lots of options for meat

  The hotel is very accommodating. Friendly staff. Great location--very close to the U and S-Bahn. All rooms have a good size kitchen (with silverware, pans, and pots included) and a balcony.   The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. We really loved the little balcony for our evening glass of vino. - Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with underground and tram and bus connections. I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, - We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

Thanks for you hospitality it was very - Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
