  The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. We really loved the little balcony for our evening glass of vino. - Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the indoor swimming pool.

The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. Thanks for you hospitality it was very - Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
