  Counter staff were excellent. Helped us out with an efficient storage system for our luggage as we had an afternoon train booked, and went out of their way to help with printing of emails and vouchers. - Reception staff was very kind and helpful.   good location; clean, simple rooms with comfortable beds; our room was off the main street and therefore there was little noise; good breakfast - good location. 5 min walk to main train station. Nice and helpful staff (who explained to me in detail how to get to Fussen)
