good location; clean, simple rooms with comfortable beds; our room was off the main street and therefore there was little noise; good breakfast. good location. 5 min walk to main train station. Nice and helpful staff (who explained to me in detail how to get to Fussen). Close to the city centre and all the Munich´s attractions. You need no transportation, you can simply walk everywhere.

Your adverdisement should list this hotel correctly. There was one glaring omission in the description of this hotel: it also serves as a hostel. The actual name of the hotel is AandO Hotel and Hostel. We were surprised to find this out when we arrived and were a bit concerned that the place might be overrun with (sorry to make the generalization) rowdy 20 year olds. But it was very quiet and we got a good nights rest.no, except the price. booked twin bedded rooms and ended up with doubles. no fridge in room. 1) Room was uncarpeted and the floor gets stained with dirt easily esp during rainy days 2) Our room was located on the ground level and there was no double latch inside. Girls may find it unsafe. 3) There was no aircon. This is bad during summer if you are staying on the ground floor because it is generally unsafe to open the windows when sleeping. 4) Drooping shower head. Personal was not very friendly. Too expensive compared to the level of this place. . first room was with broken bed, guests a few guests (football supporters) noisy. the bed is too-small only abt 90cm in width,shl be minium 1m. rooms very basic however clean and adequate. Room was quite small - ok for our needs (group of 3) but hard to imagine 4 adults fitting into it. Window too small and room very hot despite cool nights - needs a fan. When ordered we put note that we need baby coat and acctually we didnt get it and our baby had to sleep on the floor.No English Channel on the TV. Information about parking garage. It should be noted before that garage is only for small (low) cars.we got single bed: very disturbing! Staff had niceandkind persons, and then the less helpful one, who we faced when we checked in. No welcoming drinks as promised (why promise, if not served anyhow!?). Unfrendly staf, Access to the rooms (unplesant lift and stears), Parking (dificult to access, problems for high cars), 2 beds of 4 weren't made. Too small room for 4 people, chlidrens did not like two floor bed. Parking in the hotel`s garage was difficult. sheet not good, no telephone, small bathroom, small lift...Staff not very helpful. Even the site says you can pay for parking, they said there is no parking. There where no towels in my room. Confort, very bad... small rooms...Bed bugs - was bitten terribly and itching in great discomfort. Instead ofhelp, staff shrugs all responsibility. I couldn't believe such thingshappens in Germany totally disgraceful. Bathroom ceiling totally coveredwith mould. During shower mould drips down. This place is not fit forhuman - more bed space than standing. Some staff show bad attitude tosome people. Vomit at front door 2nd night.
