Hotel staff are very friendly. There is hotel parking underground and it is very easy to use. There is a tea maker in the room! Room was comfortable. Location is good, easy to access to city center by subway. We didn't want to eat big buffet breakfast, and hotel offers a breakfast with coffee and gipfeli, it was enough.

We were made to feel welcome from our check in to our last good bye. It was wonderful to get to know the owners who were present days and evenings, and everyone of the staff was efficient and sincere. Jobst gave us wonderful tips and even came out to say goodbye to us early since he wouldn't be there when we checked out. Location was wonderful

Staffs are super friendly and always helpful. Location is perfect. We loved the wooden floor, live flowers with elegant decor. They had prepared a baby bed for us, this was surprise and every their consideration to any guests including small children is marvelous. We never felt timid with a child. The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.
