  We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The guy on the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating.. He helped us book a last-minute city tour and provided detailed information for the Christmas markets. While our room was be - The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

  The location is very good. It's close to many places one "should" visit in the city. The stuff was very nice too! The ground floor is nice, cause there is a (kind of) bar at night there, and many sofas chairs and tables. Also, the building has a beautiful internal open space too! What is more, the place is clean and the rooms (at lea - It was a nice place to stay, most of the staff are helpful and willing to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use them again

  The location is superb! Ani, the young lady at the front desk was very sweet, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean!   Great location near Alexanderplatz and easy shopping for groceries and supplies at the huge Alex shopping mall. Close to U-bahn and S-bahn stations, making travel around Berlin a breeze. Clean and modern style with a well appointed kitchen. I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, - We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

  My wife and I recently stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon, and we could not have picked a better spot to stay. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was larger than the place we live in normally(Quite a feat when staying in Europe). The kitchen was fully stocked, and they even made sure we had detergent to use for the dishwash - Our appartment was right beside the train station but the sound levels were not bothersome at all when the windows were closed. We were 10 minutes walk from all the museums, television tower, main shopping centres, etc. also every day bar Sunday there was a market on the street just outside the front door where you could pick up all types of local and Turkish food stuffs and snacks.
