  We booked two appartments and both were very well equiped, clean and large enough for young people to hang out. I recommend this accommodation a lot. The staff was friendly. Prepare 10€ for deposit for a key and be aware of the fact that you will not be able to smoke neither in the room nor in the yard. But that does not matter so much. Excellent place to stay while in Berlin. - I stay there 12 nights and I feel very comfortable with excellent staffs, excellent location and one organic shop downstairs where is offering warm healthy fresh and delicious cooking food.   Excellent apartment. Very quiet. Friendly, helpful owner. Able to use the leftover sugar/teabags and a few other foods left by previous visitors, and owner supplied several items for our use should we wish to use them. Lovely warm individual doona's on the double bed.

  If you want a clean modern room on a budget it was very good although if you are looking for a social aspect wouldn't recommend. - Good location, walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, etc also U-Bahn station Bernauerstrasse.
