  Breakfast was excellent, Staff serving breakfast was very obliging. Tram, Underground are not far away so you can reach downtown in minutes - Nice looking, clean and comfortable rooms.   Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room.
