Front desk was manned all the time. Apartment was very clean. rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful. We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

Nice apartment very close to the Bernauer Str U-Bahn Stn. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The menu was limited but the food excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff, very quiet location, which came as a surprise, given the busy street address (but it is in the 2nd backyard - no noise ets through to there).
