  The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.

  It's a very good, comfortable place to live! Entrance is bright, so you'll find an Alcatraz without any problems. Reception is working 24 hours and everybody are so kind!   We booked two appartments and both were very well equiped, clean and large enough for young people to hang out. I recommend this accommodation a lot. The staff was friendly. Prepare 10€ for deposit for a key and be aware of the fact that you will not be able to smoke neither in the room nor in the yard. But that does not matter so much. Excellent place to stay while in Berlin. - I stay there 12 nights and I feel very comfortable with excellent staffs, excellent location and one organic shop downstairs where is offering warm healthy fresh and delicious cooking food.   Location is good, 5-7min to the nearest S-ban and U-ban station, 3-4 stops to the city center. Owner Marc was very helpfull. We arrived early in the morning, at 8:00AM, but Mark helped us and provided luggage room without checking. Even on the Easter eve, Mark made time and helped us with connecting to internet, also explained about nearby station... what people say » s and markets. We felt homey in the apartments, there was no lack of anything, everything worked, rooms was clean and tidy, service was excellent. We - We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.
