Front desk was manned all the time. Apartment was very clean. rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful. It's a very good, comfortable place to live! Entrance is bright, so you'll find an Alcatraz without any problems. Reception is working 24 hours and everybody are so kind! There are clean big rooms, one huge kitchen with everything needed, free wifi and so on.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.
