and the Gray Line tour departure point, as well as an easy 5-minute walk
from the pedestrian zone which takes you directly (another 5 minutes) to

Staff was very very friendly and helpful for directions and food hunt. Rooms are clear and quite enough, also depending on who are your room mates. I wasn't very lucky about this, one lady was screaming very loudly in the bathroom early in the morning and two guys wanted to keep the conditioner on at 19°: was very freezing...
Alltogether a very good experience in comparison with the few money paid. Also, the breakfast (it needs some € 4.50 extra) is international and very good.

For a room with shared bathroom was very acceptable. The room was basic decorated, but clean and with everything that you need. The breakfast was OK for 9€ and the reception team were very helpful with my visit in Munich.
The location was excellent to move around Munich on foot or taking the tube.
I will definitely come back!

Our 3 night stay in the Meininger Hotel/Hostel was faultless. Room was bigger than expected, clean and modern as photographed. Staff were excellent and helpful. There was a bar and pool table and space down stairs to chill out outside of the room. Walking distance to main train station and the city if you like to walk and the best part was the beer
