Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market.
Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner.
Staff were friendly and always helpful.

I was in a 6 bed room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had 3 showers and the water was hot which I liked the most. The hostel was convenient to the west city center. There's a underground station next to it. The stuff were all very friendly and very helpful. They introduced the whole city to us and marked the popular places to go on the map for us, saved us lots of time. Love this....
