I liked everything!! the owner was already there waiting for us an hour before we arrived, and he was really nice. Very nice and quite neighborhood, next to the train stop, and a very safe location. The room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommended! -

missing my first flight. The apartment was rather big, very very well
lit. It is very close (10 min walk) to icc Berlin, which is where my
conference was. The U-bahn line u2 is also a 2 min walk. The Wi-Fi was
extremely fast (~14 Mbps). Herr Rosenhoefer was very friendly and
helpful, and I would really like to stay there again if I go to Berlin!

The apartment was a great size which was clean with plenty of facilities and it was always nice and warm with loads of hot water. It was very close to the U-bahn so we were never far from any of the sights. The staff were polite and helpfull and the price was very good.

I always use the AVUS for ICC Meetings in Berlin. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the breakfast, food and drink are all very good. It is very easy to check-in and check-out and the rooms are double-glazed as well. It is also very easy to get from the AVUS to the centre of Berlin. -
