The owner was really friendly and considerate--he even picked us up from the bus station and gave us a free ride to the hotel. The apartment was impeccably clean. Location was good for sightseeing and there is a Ubahn stop very nearby. There was a free bottle of wine and beers waiting for us in the apartment.

  good location for car owners because it's situated just outside the Umwelt-zone, there is every 6 min a tram going to Alexanderplatz (you are there in less then 10min), friendly hotel owners and spacious room+bathroom, very clean and well equipped. Easy to park your car in the street (for free) or at their small private parking. Am just back from... what people say » a 4 day visit in this hotel and I can recommend it to everyone. Cheap priced hotel! - It was easy to go to the downtown by tram!
