  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.   The hotel was old fashioned but very well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. - Very easy to access the U-Bahn.
