  The attention to detail was very obvious compared with other hotels, eg coffee maker, complimentary welcome gift of wine and snack, provision of books about Germany in all languages. Character of decor was consistent, staff was very helpful and we were greeted with a glass of champagne as we checked in. Location was great - near two underground stations and not far from the river. - The room was excellent: very comfortable, quiet and clean - it even had a Nespresso machine! The staff were always friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. The whole place is very stylish.

  Our room was very spacious and had a brilliant bathroom and service area. It was comfortable and very well-appointed with decent armchairs, generous wardrobe space and an interesting design décor. It good sized & very comfortable attractive rooms with large windows looking over Berlin. It's very functional bathrooms. The 24 hour relaxed dining / lounge / self serve bar area which covers the top floor & where all food & drink except alcohol is included in the room tarriff. It's a very well designed, eco friendly, functional hotel with great views from all rooms.

  The Hilton was lovely, you did not have to leave the hotel at all, the restaurants, both Trader Vics and the Mark Brandenburgs were fab and not expensive. Very central. - Truly a 5 star hotel, in a quiet neighborhood, in the center of the city, just next to Underground.
