The innkeepers are really nice, they prepared local transport information for us. The room was very cozy and was cleaned every day during our stay. Breakfast was delicious with fresh coffee and egg. Each of two bus stops is about 3 to 5 minutes away, even walking distance to the Berchtesgaden HBF is just about 15 minutes. -

Everything! See above. We had two rooms for our family of five. We were very comfortable and the rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast and presentation were a perfect start of each day. Haus Schwalbennest feels more like an BnB than a hotel. The family that owns the hotel are wonderful people.
