Although I had purchased the Bayern Ticket and did not use the guest card, it is still quite useful for those without a Bayern Ticket as the guest card allows visitors to take local buses for free. Very quiet at night as all the shops will be closed early in the evening.   The innkeepers are really nice, they prepared local transport information for us. The room was very cozy and was cleaned every day during our stay. Breakfast was delicious with fresh coffee and egg.   The hotel is very close to the Hauptbahnhof which makes it wonderful for railers. The rooms were basic, but your just sleeping and showering there. The bathroom was a nice size as was the shower (im 6'1), and the beds were comfortable. The room is very clean, bed is nice, though the rooms in annex building do not have elevators and shower/restroom a bit small yet very clean. The breakfast buffet is good. My family spent 2 wonderful weeks at Hotel Bärenstüberl during Xmas holidays.I Would highly recommed to visit this hotel due to the following reasons: 1.
