The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

Bright room, nicely set up bathroom with see-thru glass at head level, nice outdoor seating restaurant, and above all it is located very close to Strassenbahn and bus stops. Very nice Spa on the 7th floor. Staff were very nice and helpful, spoke good English. All in all, I really enjoyed a relaxing and productive stay at Welcome Frankfurt.

Exceptionally friendly and efficient service, very central to Frankfurt city centre, yet beautifully quiet as located in a residential area, neighbouring on to the Zoo, so the odd Peacock cry can be heard :). ... what people say » on a quiet street but with a tram stop about 100 metres in one direction and a U-bahn stop a similar distance in the other direction the hotel was ideally located. Breakfast was good and open till 10.30 n(12.30 on New Years day) so was ideal for late risers. The staff were helpful and very friendly. No complaints whatsoever.
