I received a free upgrade. Location. We liked the convenience of the location to the airport. The staff was extremely curteous. Location,facilities and services. Convenience. Well, it is pretty pricey and the disparity between the dollar and euro is a killer, but you don't want to hear complaints, as stated below. Otherwise, there was nothing I could complain about. The directions if you are driving to the hotel are non existent!. Breakfast in Towers was very busy - too few places to sit. All the staff were very good except the Business desk. They were very rude and had an attitude of not careing less. I could not get onto the internet as there was something wrong with the server for 2 days..Much too overpriced for the convenience of being at the airport. Phone is rooms were difficult to use, lacked instructions. selection of tv programs typical for Germany :-). pillows - the worst I have ever experienced, this hotel requires a pillow menu to meet the neds of their diverse clientele. price too high. Check out waiting in a very long queue. I had to wait 25 min. Some facilities not available...presumably due to renovation work. In-room coffee machine unusually complicated. No mini bar in room. many thhings.. ex. service, commications.
