Personnel friendliness and real customer service. Eventhough did not use
Minibar but beverages and snacks were free of charge. This is very
important either if you arrive late in evening and want to have some
refreshments. Or just want to work with small snack and beverages at
your disposal with ripping off prices at most hotels.

Actually, there are wide selection of entertainment and restaurants in the neighburhood, plus supermarket, very well located. The hotel is very tidy (you can tell by watching the hotel guest runnig around bare feet), stuff is more then friendly und breakfast ist just unbelievable. "Kiss the cook it says" in the restaurant. I say "kiss the whole staff!" i'll be back there - that's for sure.

The setting of this Hotel is fantastic, the gardens sweep down to the Rhein and yet you are still in the city. Beautiful quiet area. Considering that I had booked for the wrong day, the owner went out of their way to accomodate me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are some great restaurants along the Rhein and within walking distance. Everything about this Hotel is a YES!
