Flexible use of sauna service. Setting is comfortable like a resort. Breakfast selection too wide, can try all if only food portions are smaller. Actually, there are wide selection of entertainment and restaurants in the neighburhood, plus supermarket, very well located. Wish we checked in earlier to explore Dusseldorf. The breakfast is excellent with variety food and fruits. The service of breakfast is also perfect. Meanwhile, parking in the garage is relatively cheaper. We enjoyed the 2-night stay in this hotel. Fabulous！.

Friendly and helpful staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would like to thank them very much for this. The rooms were also excellent value for money. Very good value for money, the staff were friendly, the hotel was within walking distance to the old town and the Rhine. This hotel was amazing and very detail oriented including the gummi bears on the pillow!. the staff were very helpful and most spoke good english breakfasts were great. Good instalations. Very well located. A very good balance quality / price.Clean room, nice bathroom, good service. Excellent hotel for it's price. But also I should remember that price was with great discount from LetsBookHotel.com. Hotel is in 10 minutes from Altstadt - wich is a city center. There are 2 underground stations near the hotel. Also to get to airport from hotel by car you need only 10-15 minutes. Also very friendly staff in the hotel. I hadn't any discomfort being unable to speak German.the breakfast was excellent, the best I've ever had! they have the biggest selection you could imagine! You should put some pictures of it, that would really sell well. Staff was pleasant. I got free parking on the street. NordStrasse just 2 minutes walk, which is great. I also had a sauna in the Hotel, all for myself! (free water and towels provided). The breakfast was simply great ! . I had a double bedroom. it was very spacious to give it a sense of the space, you could add another single bed in it and still could easily move around the room. My friends where in the mercure hotel and they had a smaller room than I had so that shows you the Value for money is very good. Also great that there is balcony for every room and great public transport services. Transport from Main station is quite a distance since side roads are one-way.We have no problem with the hotel, just a little point, It can be difficult to find if driving especially with the road signs in Germany. The Hotel is in a one way street aswell. Advice get a good map!!. The lift was extremely small and struggled to fit two persons plus luggage. just 1 small thing our bedroom had a water bed and at no time did it was l told of this but staff did move us. It a bit far (20 min) walk from Altstad and city center. very hard to find as the map of the hotel was not detailed. smoking smell in the corridor and in the room (even if it was a no smoking). For the price of the stay almost anything can be forgiven but if it had air conditioner, it would have ben unbeatable. I have a complaint with "let'sbookhotel.com" : it made me a double booking. no one was at the reception in the evening. you had to use the back door to enter the hotel. The bathroom doesn't have a bath but only a shower. it has wireless internet only at the reception and at the bar downstairs. that meant I had to get my laptop at the reception to be able to connect.Someone was smoking in the other room and the ventilation transfered the odour to our room which was very very very unpleasant making us wake up and cough at night!. No air condition in this humid season. Lift is useless (too small, stops in between floors=>you have to use the stairs any way). Don't expect there is fitness (only walking machine). Noise from the next building (private apartment) that people talked very loud on the balcony. The view from my room, many cigarette butts, dirty floor cloths are on the roof of the front building. Internet was wireless and free, but did not work on the 3rd floor. Had to sit in the lobby. absence of staff at reception desk on sunday evening. The cleanliness needs to be seriously improved. The bedlinen (sheets) had holes (!!!) in them, not enough towels, i had to request more, i got smokers room even though i requested non-smoking, the room was in 6th floor, but the lift took only to the 5th floor; i had to carry my luggage myself to the room, no bellboy services. i expected the rooms be nicer.
