  The location was terrific. Just a stone's throw from the big cathedral. The lower floor of the hotel is a giant restaurant serving some of the best food in town at rock-bottom prices. I got a room facing the inner courtyard, so although the hotel was in the centre of town, it was extremely quiet. Great for sleeping. The breakfast was also qui... what people say » te sufficient. - The room was very clean and had a spectacular view of the Dom. The breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly and in general the room was very comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel, and highly recommend it. The location was incredible for the price!

  The hotel is in a good location for transit to Cologne. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! The bilingual staff were helpful and friendly. The owner was above-and-beyond in every capacity of client service. I grew up down the street from the hotel and came back for the first time since childhood and she took me on ... what people say » trips to reaquaint me with my former neighbourhood and Cologne.   The location, the staff, the atmosphere... - Proximity from the U-Bahn station (~200m), though in the night it might be tricky to find your way because trees obstruct the view. Maybe there should be a small description how to get to the hotel from the station?
