  Staff was very nice and helped me with internet access when I didn't have a laptop with me - The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool facility was clean and much appreciated (used daily). A computer with internet access was available in for extra charge. The location was superb; frankly, you cannot beat the location given access to public trans... what people say » portation. I walked from the train station to the hotel with luggage, which was no problem at all and gave me an immediate feel for the area.

Requested a quiet, non-smoking, room and was allocated one on the third floor at the back of the hotel. - The hotel was very central and near the railway station.   Located right next to the main train station in Bonn, which is handy for catching early-morning trains or arriving on late-night trains. Clean, basic, well-designed room, though the bathrooms are a little small (but modern and nice). I know this may seem obvious, but I've stayed in hotels at comparable pricing with only local (German and French) t... what people say » v channels... I suppose it's an international chain, so the range of tv channels was satisfying. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. And it's a new - The hotel is located right beside the main station and you are given the city ticket that allows you to use almost every mean of city transport for free. The huge range of food is offered during the breakfast and everything is very tasty.
