  The staff and the service were very fine. I saw the gentleman behind the front desk offer to help another guest locate a place to buy some rare auto parts! Very helpful, cordial, friendly, and warm. The location of this spot is pretty much perfect if you want to be in Mitte or up near Prenzlauerberg, it is a perfect spot if you want to wander into... what people say » bookshops, boutiques, the local parks, or get on the metro and explore other neighborhoods. Such a great alternative to the big corporate business ho - Excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the S Bahn station, with a lift from the street directly down to the platform. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room.
