in general all very ploho.ne not something extra, but all German pedantic. in the bath and the kitchen has everything you need. in the tsenntre Berlin is very convenient.

Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and beds also great. I stayed for more than week but never got the "tired" feeling I sometimes get when staying in a hotel. The play area for children was also extremely thoughtful. And the hotel is conveniently located right next to a station which is one S Bahn stop

Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!
