Friendly and helpful staff, very quiet location, which came as a surprise, given the busy street address (but it is in the 2nd backyard - no noise ets through to there).
Good and diverse breakfast. All in all highly recommended for the no-frills budget traveller.

The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. It is very close to a free Berlin Public Parking where I parked the car during 3 days without problems. The metro station with connection to all Berlin lines is located one block from the hotel. We didn´t have breakfast in the hotel (it wasn´t included in the rate) but there were many options near the hotel.
The rooms are clean and confortable and we didn´t have any problem in the sorrounds (quiet and safety).
