  Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

Well located, between two different subway stations (different lines), 2-3 minutes walk. Alexander Platz is 7-10 minutes walk.

Free very fast WI-FI in the entire Hotel was very handy. - We were very impressed with everything to do with the hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly including the cleaning staff.

  Excellent modern and clean facilities, v comfortable room and great staff, location was great too - located in West Berlin and about 10 mins walk to Zoo, 2 mins walk to closer u-bahn stop. Room was serviced daily - no matter what time we left the room which was great. Staff at reception were extremely helpful - bringing us an ice bucket and glass... what people say » es for NYE pre-drinks! V Good restaurants and bars nearby! - I thought it was a great hotel! It had everything I needed, but I wasn't paying for the stuff I didn't. The room was spotlessly clean, and well decorated. The staff were really helpful, and it was in a good location. I felt super comfortable there and I'd say it was the best hotel I've stayed in the entire trip. If I return to Berlin I would definitely stay there again.
