very comfortable. In reality it is better than you may think when looking at photos. It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated. Location is perfect. U-bahn is just round the corner. -

Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away.
Also close-by are very good transport links.
Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room.
Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs.

Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave. Because this hotel is really part of a hospital, it is rather unconventional. But it is spotlessly clean, and clinically run! The swimming pool doubles as a therapy pool for patients, so may not always be available, but it too was spotlessly clean, and I loved having it. Generous breakfast buffet was included in our special deal, and was good. Car parking was free and plentiful.

the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.
