The hotel is excellent! We spent there just one night, but the staff was really friendly and helpful, the room really clean and very well furnished. The restaurant is to suggest: great food! It was really really helpfull, because we arrived at almost midnight and it was cosy to see Holiday Inn sign and buss in front of the arrival terminal.

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

Hotel facilities and standards are excellent as is access to Berlin's U & S Bahn tram/train systems with the stations right by the hotel. Reaching Alexander Platz is just a10 min journey. Overall a very well appointed hotel, fantastic value for money compared with other hotels and staff were extremely attentive and helpful.
