I've stayed at 5 star hotels that don't deserve to - I had a superb stay, from the check in at 1030 am, they already have my booking slip and have my room ready, while we are checking in they offered us towels to freshen up, juices and cookies. When we get inside the room, everything is what I have expected, the ocean view is serene. We had a room service and they delivered our food on the rack to keep it hot. My husband likes the gym so much. They offer you good towels in the gym and in the pool (no need to be carrying your towel from the room).
