Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of stations on TV for my daughter to watch. Surprisingly extensive breakfast provided as part of my booking. Perfect location for my needs [we always used taxis but noticed that there was a bus stop outside of the building and a two minute walk to the Metro system]. I would rate the Tower Suites 10/10, staff were extremely accommodating. I am a Tour Guide and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. Thank you ;I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY........
all reviews » I liked the location of the hotel, It was a perfect location. Near it is the metro station and Dubai Mall, not only that, but there are a couple of coffee shops in the same building! like tim hortons and star bucks. The rooms are nice and there is a wide space in the living room. I loved it and willing to come back again. Its was a nice overall experience. no real complains. Considering the value vs the other hotels in the area i say its excellent I accidentally pressed the "clean my room" before i want to bed, 5 min later room service guy came ready to clean my room !. location everything you need is around you supermarkets , retaurants ... etc parking , for those who prefer to rent a car when comes to Dubai spacious apartment for big families view to Shiekh Zayed road , you will be feeling the life in Dubai. Realy i was happy to book in this hotel And it was not the first time to be in this hotel, as i advise Also my family to book their and they did and they wad im the same hotel for tow weeks its near every thing excelent in location . Room is new and clean , wonderful hotel site , there is coffee shops in the entrance hotel such as Tim Hortens ,Cold Stone, Starbucks and very close to the Pizza Hut and Applebees ، Overall good value for money . location was perfect and its infront the metro station that takes u directly to inside dubai mall n mall of the emirates. the room was spacious n clean. staff was friendly n helpful. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!! id definitely come back to this hotel whenever i need to get out of Abu Dhabi and stay for a short while in Dubai!! definitely worth my every dirham! :). The hotel is nicely decorated, the facilities are great, the location is excellent, near the metro station and perfect for families with children or group of friends. Friendly staff in the receptin with big smile , very helpfull plus the worker , all my friends stayed in Crown plaza i chose Numberone because far from noise ,,. very close to metro, because I prefer to use public transport facilities not taxi. Clean towels, very comfy bed, free newspaper every morning and a coffee shop inside the lobby. Location is perfect,clean,view from the room, furniture and all thing was perfect. Its very near from metro, also alot of resturant and coffe shop was near. The perfect location, metro, and tim hortons is right under the hotel that's open 24hours. There's a hypermarket behind the hotel and many restaurants. The location is very good for business trips in Dubai. No washing machine in the room. Internet is not free. The hotel is old and needs major renovation, the sides of the shower, the shower floor, the wood in the room. The chair had paint on it that looked like a blood stain. The Internet is very slow not mentioning that you have to pay per hour to use the internet! who in the world still charging for internet?. not a very new, hv to bring own water, tea, cofee etc. to use in room no free pack. Breakfast was a bit boring. no free wifi. no free wifi, no breakfast,. the staff are nice , but the problem they seem bushy for tip , and the breakfast staff , they have the look on their face that you don't belong here , the check in staff also you have to bush for your rights to get it , and the internet was not free and high rate. Lack the variety of food in the area. Nothing. A bit noise for us this time but that may be because we travelled with an infant. There is no free Wi-Fi and it was pricy, it costs 75 DRH about 21$ per day. We did expect at least one of the 3 bedrooms to have 2 double beds, but all had king beds. There were no wine glasses. No complimentary tea/coffee Leather furniture not that comfortable. The breackfast poor in a small room. One of the bathroom's shower tub tap was broken. There was no praying mat. The internet services was a bit of a disappointment cause even in the lobby it wasn't free. Bed not comfertable and there is no meni bar. Nothing. no tea or coffee or fruit provided check in and check out was very slow. I did not like that fact that you provide tea and coffee making facilities but do not provide anything in the room, this was a little disappointing. Internet was not free. Reception need to be more careful while checking in. We checked in as a couple, but next day at the breakfast time we were told that only one person is in the room as per the listing they have available. Breakfast was limited and not worth the extra $30 aud. Would suggest leaving some coffee/creamer and tea in the room for guests. - Small room for the price - Was told there were two beds when in fact it was just a pull-out bed - Pool with no windows and/or no outdoor pool - No kleenex in the room and toilet paper was not replenished. Sorry to say but Staff at front desk should at least welcome there guests. Lack social skills. Other staff are very friendly and helpful. bed is too small. The charge for WiFi internet service was exploitative - about $6/hour with 24-hour expiry, and no matter how many of you in a room, only one person could browse at a time.

Please note that the property kitchen is undergoing renovations from 01 August 2018 for 2-3 months. Please note that during this period, food and beverage services will not be available.
