We had a 3 day stay at this gem of a hotel. Excellent service and hospitality from all staff. Very professional and your always greated with a smile. Great food buffet, clean rooms and good housekeeping staff who always work to suit your needs. Location is excellent with plenty of eateries like kfc nandoes and coffee shops, even a local grocery store n pharmacy just around the corner with cheap cheap prices! all reviews » We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. Service at the front desk and guest service was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly, and always available to help us with informations of interest places and how to get there. A big thank you to all the staff. Location is excellent, near by supermarket, luandrey, coffe shops & restaurants. Metro station is. I arrived during Ramadan so there were very few guests. I was immediately upgraded to one of the top suites with views over the city at no extra cost. It was sheer luxury, with a king size bed, desk, small sitting area, full size kitchen and great bathroom, all built to top grade. The staff at reception also gave me some tips for saving money if I should arrive again during Ramadan. The dinner buffet was exceptional, with some very special Ramadan-only dishes to savour. Worthy to mention that I received surprise birthday cake on 26th August from the hotel. We were a honeymoon couple. There was a surprise on our bed when we arrive. An executive from the hotel send us a letter with his handwrite to celebrate our stay. Everyday a complimentary fruit or desert. Staff always smile and helpfull and never says No. Front office and bell desk was extremely helpfull regarding my requests. Finally ; we stayed half board , breakfast and dinner was really good. - amazing view from the hotel - 1 minute walk from "Financial Centre" Metro Station - Taxis are ALWAYS available - many cafes and restaurants between the Metro Station and the hotel, you don't need the hotel breakfast - very helpful and nice staff - view from the Deluxe Sky Room is AMAZING - Hotel is dry (no Alcohol), that's why I chose it - they have a bag storage room with video surveillance. We were upgrade to the suites for our one night stay so had to say that we were spoiled with extreme comfort of our room. We order room service as we arrived late, the meals was serve with refines and was very tasty. Service at the front desk was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. The luxury room, provision of bathrobes, useful kitchen facility with fridge/freezer, microwave and snacks/coffee/tea provisions. Excellent restaurant and pool/fitness facility. Staff were efficient and helpful. Everything was very good. The personnel was helpful, they answered my questions and helped to organise trips in the area. The room was nice and clean. Also it was a good value for the money. The metro station is very close to the hotel so it's easy to reach the main destinations of Dubai. The pool and the spa are great! Wifi was not free and it was 25 dhs per hour. Internet fees are very expensive. It should have been free of charge at least for premium rooms and suits. They could not offer us two connected rooms (as we asked for in our booking) because of busy rooms during our stay. No free wifi.Room is a little bit old furnished and dark. I would say the price is a little bit high but again it is in the normal range for the kind of service quality, facilities, and location you are getting. Nothing in particular. Some of my friends got a little bit disappointed because their panoramic view was not so panoramic. This hotel gets a big ten . Easy. not able to get a drink by the pool before 10 unless you called room service. Not much not to like about this Hotel. entrance of the hotel/lobby is not attractive it is very small for 65 storey hotel. only one sofa was there to wait for check in. otherwise have to wait in coffee bar. Wi-fi is not free and it is way too expensive. Definetly expected that this kind of service now a days should be frre on evry hotel and specially in a very nice hotel like this. Nothing. Wished had the Burj Khallifa view The windows were not clean so the view was affected. The internet was way too expensive. I cant even remember the last time I had to pay for internet at a hotel. Staying on higher floors can delay you due to availability of lifts at rush hours. nothing. Internet is chargeable in the rooms. At rush hours it takes some time to go up or down the lifts. Very expensive breakfast that we did not try. It was not very clean, more effort needed in room services. The internet service is expenisve and cant be activated except through the reception. Not through the pc or telephone. I hadn't realised this was a 'dry' hotel - meaning no hotel bar. No free Wi Fi, though the coffee shop next door did. As well as excellent coffee. Staff although very friendly, not very knowledeable about the attractions- they had to google to find out.
