Excellent Value for Money. Great location, spotlessly clean, fabuloushelpful staff. Not as luxurious as some hotels in Dubai, but anexcellent 4*+ hotel by anyone's stndards. For comparison, it beats the4* hotels offerred by well-known uk hotel Groups. Located only a £3/£4taxi ride from everywhere in the city - Dubai Creek / Jumeirah / ThePalm / beaches / Mall of the Emirates.

The staff was so nice and helpful, they made our stay! We had asked for a late checkout, and were given one without any hesitation.Great View to the Sea , Nice place at the main street of Dubai , wide rooms , the stuff was sooo kindly. They also came in on two occassions without knocking, and did not understand what the problem was. I reported it to management with no response from the housekeeping supervisor.internet connection was very expensive. also, it wasnt very user friendly. there was a log off box that i should always open. Otherwise, if i closed it by mistake then my internet service is charged the full amount even if i didnt consume the hours yet.Rooms looked a bit dated in decor. Bathroom good decor needs to be more with it!. Room was cold at night that I had to ask for a split unit heater. TeatroRestaurant was my very bad experience actually the worst in Dubai. BadFood, Bad Service... It was Horrible.Room was smelly upon entry - housekeeping strayed air freshener for me.
