This hotel is excelent, as a interior designer myself, I always appreciate stylish and thought that is put into designing a space, so rooms are spacious with all amenities and luxury expected, spa with excellent and attentive staff as for Lena or Nancy, my husband had a amazing and relaxing time in a couples massage suite. You will not be disappointed. The service was very nice specially Jimmy the supervising bell man from Canada, actually someone you can talk to, makes you feel like your not that far from home. I hope he gets promoted to the front desk bacause they really need someone like him.
all reviews » The staff were fantastic: very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. They arranged an afternoon/evening desert safari for me which was really exceptional. I highly recommend getting out of the city and seeing this beautiful country. Very nice spacious rooms, with a fantastic bethroom, room service is excellent, the terrace area is perfect for an evening chilling, great location close to everything, the stuff is very helpful and always on they best interest to surve you. It was a great experience and enjoyed the (short) stay. Buffet was a good spread. Amenities in room were quality in nature. Spacious room with adequate areas. Friendly front desk staff. The indoor and the outdoor pool was perfect ,, the bathroom is incredible I love it too much ,quite place to relax on , I will repeat it again and again ..,,. Some hotels will supply what you require from them, here they would anticipate what you need and take that extra step to make your stay luxurious. - 5 mins away from Dubai mall (driving). - 5 mins away from metro (walking) - Great & fast staff/services - Celebrities choice!. The professional and courteous staff and the attentiveness paid to guest needs, staff are excellent and very well trained. Amazing Reception staff, helpful and friendly. The location was fine for business but I would not recommend this hotel if you're coming to Dubai for leisure. No real negatives, just too short a stay! Location was not in the best of places, ie, shopping center, places of interest, etc. But close to metro station, that was a relief. The only disadvantage in the room is there is no locking door for the bathroom so the kids all the time is going there to play in the water ,, otherwise everything is more than perfect. the internet service is poor. Couldn't fault anything. The price of the room is so high although the hotel was nice. However, most 5 stars hotels in Dubai are amazing. So the price must be a compatetive factor !!. the lobby set up. No Free internet in the rooms. The price of the eats and mini bar in room over the top. noisy halls and rattling. nothing. The closet to small. Nothing at all. If you are not in a business trip within the difc then its not for you. it's too expensiv comparing by thier serviece and thier furnetur, in my opinion the price should be half what they offer. The service was ok but the staff lacked proper training and discipline. For example, while cleaning adjoining rooms the cleaning staff was banging doors and generally loud. When we complained though the practice stopped. Another example was the concierge who lacked professionalism and knowledge of the area. Views are very depressing, and priced high compared to other luxuries hotels in Dubai. No views of the gulf. Not the best place to stay in Dubai for leisure. I stayed at the 1306 for 5 nights ,, the only comment was on the caramel lounge they dont serve pancakes and fruits,,. There was nothing we didn't like about this amazing hotel. no wifi free in rooms. i made booking via booking com the price i paid is higher bu 30 percent the price agreed as per my booking in booking com. small outdoor pool. Nothing. Some of the staff (egyptians) were rude and whenever I ask for any, they respond we can't however, if I ask anyone else they do it. I hope that the hotel knows about it. Lobby isu not matching the high quality of the Ritz. drive to hotel is narrow. Tetchy staff. Probably because they were very busy. Booked smoking room With large king size bed, ended up with non-smoking and two queen size beds. They did let us smoke though. No fruit basket in room. No glasses. A little shoddy and unlike my previous stay. Location and limited transportation avilibility specialy taxi's. It is very much a business mans hotel.Rest. the pillows uncomfortable hard to get sleep with it!. No shataf in pathroom. the bed not comfortables. swimming pool and the views. My toilet cabinet broke and fell on my foot. Would you expect this from Ritz???. breakfast not to the standards of hotel , quite poor. The chairs at the breakfast lounch very bad. Location , un trained staff. The pool. Waiting for park car.
