Personal service by the attendants, hosuekeeping and concierge was quite excellent. Friendly staff and very relaxing ambience.Very good personnel, very good facilities. Very neat , and nice place to be at , View was not that good though. The room and food. The room itself was very good.The hotel had just opened and therefore unknown to service providers i.e. - taxi drivers. Some services were not ready - the main bar and 2 other restaurants were not yet functional. In addtion, there was no wine available throughout the hotel over our 8night stay - a fact attributed to the non operational main bar. A lot of finishing touches work was still going around the pool and the mezzanine.
