Everything was new and modern. Loved the kitchenette and the washing machine. Staff was very helpful and willing. The facilities were great. Definitely would stay there again & recommend to others. all reviews » I know there are a lot of negative comments here but the hotel is very new so there are bound to be teething problems. My experience of the hotel was great and I would definitely stay again. Staff are very helpful and the location is perfect for my work. The Studio interior was wonderful. Specially the switches for all inside electrical equipments is a real luxury. Location is Great Clean Enough Not luxurious but good enough if your staying for a long time. I like the room it is clean and new and same for the toilet. Every things also the internet is with high speed. The last minute price I payed. strategic location. All was very new. Location, room service, taxis are available all the times, quick check in at 14.00 pm, but they didn't let us check in early I offered to pay the extra money but she kept saying the rooms are all full. bed ,bathroom shawer etc safty box lifts. Most times the staff were excellent but on a few ocations the staff wouldn't do what we wanted, e.g. I wrang for some new towels and toilet paper but no one came and gave it. I don't like any thing. bathroom smell, no bathplug, no replenishment of shampoo etc. 1- Reception staff took 1 hr for checking me in 2-2 nos of lifts are not enough for vertical transporting it took 1 1/2 hours to take the bags from my room 3-swimming pool is fall of dust and it is very small 4- my holiday get spoiled and it doesn't deserve 4 stars at all. They missed my wakeup call No hot water. I arrived around 10 pm and I told them I will check out around 4am and I don't want any distraction, front disk forgot to give me paper to sign once I checked in arount 12am one of there stuff was knocking the door like there was fire or something bad at hotel once I opened the door the stuff told me sir please sign on this paper, they could not wait till I check out. TVs was not working and I call 3 time once I entered the room no one came and fix it. Worst staff and service ever . Called at 10 pm to order a bottle of water so their answer was that the restaurant is closed , try going yo the supermarket!! ( walking 2 km at night in the desert heat ) ... Everything. Rude staff Not even a bottle of courtesy drinking water. far from metro staff not very helpful gym lacks of equipment room wasn't ready (one day I didn't get shampoo and second I didn't get clean towels).
