The lobby was comfy, the view and the designes were beautiful, also the location is great right next to mall of the emirates and there are shops and pharamcies right under, was easy to get what I needed without a taxi or ride. Rooms are tiny but very clean and very practical, also bathroom very good, staff very helpful, breakfast very good at very good price, best for business travellers and walking distance from mall of emirates.

Kind staff, walking distance to the mall, metro station, restaurants and groceries stores. The hotel theme in the lobby is really nice. Didn't have breakfast, so I can't rate the food there. Parking area. Really good location, walking distance to Mall of the Emirates and Metro. The most comfortable bed ever slept in! Very polite and helpful staff. Clean. Had a quiet, side facing room so no road noise. Very helpfull front desk staff. Clean rooms. Close to (but not inside!) Mall of Emirates. Close to Metro station (although not the Mall of Emirates; the next station is much more convenient). the hotel is economical ,clean ,with all necssecities available including free car park, and is very conveniently located near one of the best and biggest mall in Dubai. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, they went out of thier way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you guys :-).. we enjoyed our short stay with you :-).. The location is perfect 200m to Mall of the Emirates and 500m to Sharf DG metro station and The Cleanliness was Excellent and The staff are helpful and nice. The receptionist were rude on the phone, the room service were unreachable, food arrived after 2 hours from ordering at 3am while I was sleeping and it was cold!!. If they had wifi access in the rooms it would be super!. You can hear almost every sound and voice of other guests, they should have a sound proof solution for this. Other guests rather loud at unsociable hours. Otherwise, nothing to dislike......except policy of being able to smoke in public places, common to Dubai in general. No wireless internet available in the rooms. Smoking is allowed inside the bar. When taking a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. The lobby are lighting is too dim and light from outside is shining towards the recepton area too strong. I didn't like... ..That they don't have a concierge service. ..Important: don't order room service. Order whatever you want then go pick it up, else it will arrive cold. ..They have a "15 minutes guarantee" to solve some issues...it's garbage. 1- very poor internet connection, it took me 4 minutes to open Google. 2- I always faced an issue with their smart keys, every time I went out i've to stop by the reception to re-issue the key. Lack of wireless internet. Expensive breakfast. Some members of reception staff unpleasant to deal with. Wifi was only accessible in Lobby. nothing in particular all was good. Bad reservation coordination because we spent more than 40 minutes at recieption desk without finding our reservation that been made by letsbookhotel.com. also I do know its a budget hotel howerver porter service was missing which is important in this part of the world. Checking in 14h00 especially for travelers who get there in the morning. No wi-fi in the rooms. wifi is only available in the lobby and only internet with cable available in the room. guests need to be in the lobby for wifi connection. this is not convenient since most of us are using mobile and tab during travelling. carpet not clean/no shower cap & sanitary bag. small rooms , small toilets , small tv screen ,. lobby wifi free is nice, but the coaches are not so relaxing. Unfortunately this time the room had some smell. Also the lights need to be more in the room. Could be free wi-fi in the rooms. No tissues inside of rooms, only next to the toilet. No garbage basket inside of rooms, only in the toilet. I would have really liked if the water inside the room was complimentary. Wifi is only available at the lobby.
